Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at @email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
